Hola a todos, ps aquí escribiendo un nuevo post de lo que he agregado en mi lap y aprendido.
Esta vez le toca a VMWare, que es un ambiente muy robusto de virtualización, para mi este software es el mejor, a diferencia de Parallels y Virtual Box, que aunque son buenos, en aplicaciones empresariales no son muy estables, VM Ware trabaja excelente en aplicaciones empresariales, el uso de la Memoria, la emulación de componentes, es mucho mejor en VMWare
Si ya se que no es un software Open Source, pero ya también hay herramientas y kits libres para uso. (http://www.vmware.com/products/server/faqs.html).
Se preguntarán pero son costos elevados, sin embargo por VM Ware Workstation solo haras un pago de 169 Dls aprox. (169.15) si esperas una de las ofertas que regularmente envian por correo no es un costo elevado y vale la pena para tener soporte y actualizaciones.
Bueno, en conclusión y para no hacer publicidad (porque parece eso ejejeej), ps solo diré que en mi muy humilde opinión es la mejor solución de virtualización.
Voy a describir l proceso de instalación de VMWare.
Requisitos: La aplicación de Instalación VMWare VMware-Workstation-Full-8.0.2-591240.i386.bundle
Esta se puede descargar desde la web de VM Ware previó registro, posteriormente el URL está disponible para descarga.

- Ejecución de la aplicación de instalación en modo root

La opción anterior console e ingnore-errors evitará que se nos presente la ejecución de un rollback de la instalación esto debido a que VMWare espera algunos parámetros existentes en otras distribuciones.

- Una vez instalado antes de la ejecución realizaremos un workarround que corresponde a nuestra distribución, esto debido a que como saben, pues nuestra distribución no tomada en cuenta en mucho del software que se desarrolla y ps hay que estar ejecutando workarrounds, pero eso no es problema para nosotros porque al final las aplicaciones tienen la misma funcionalidad que en las demas distros.
- Esto dado que si ejecutamos el proceso de configuración de VM Ware, encontraremos el siguiente error:

- Ejecutamos el siguiente comando que corresponde al archivo de patch que agregare al final del post, estos pasos y detalles de los errores los agregare con sus URLs correspondientes, y hay 2 errores que pueden presentarse en el segundo paso de conffiguración. Al final nuestro VM Ware quedará correctamente instalado
